I'm appalled by the attack outside Heaton Park Hebrew Congregation Synagogue on Yom Kippur, the holiest day in the Jewish calendar. My thoughts are with the victims, their families, the Jewish community and the emergency services.

At conference, I called for a Digital Bill of Rights which would act as a best practice for companies & government to operate in the digital world, where rights to privacy & online safety are prioritised We must ensure that both our children & privacy is protected online.
