Thanks to all who joined in our Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary cleanup! Despite the heat, we had a great turnout. Together we removed 80 gallons of invasive species from one of our favorite local spaces. It felt good to put in the work for a place we love. Already looking forward to the next one!

While Memorial Day marks the unofficial start of summer, it's first & foremost a day of remembrance. We remember and honor all those whose sacrifice made our freedoms possible. Their courage, their service, and their legacy will never be forgotten.

If DOGE was ever truly meant to reduce spending and increase efficiency, it stands as one of the most spectacular failures in the history of the federal government.

It couldn't be clearer: Republicans are planning to cut critical programs that kids, families, seniors, and veterans depend on every day, while giving massive tax breaks to millionaires and billionaires. The rich will get richer. Simple as that.

Jong-Fast: This would be the largest cut to food assistance in US history—and it will result in hungry kids. It’s also important to mention that this bill grows the deficit. I don’t know how it manages to do the two things you absolutely don’t want—starve children and grow the deficit—but it does.

Thanks to the help of every Wisconsin Republican, Congress recently passed Trump’s “big, beautiful bill”. This bill will cut food assistance and healthcare for struggling families and give tax breaks to the ultra wealthy. Wisconsin will NOT benefit from this. Read and share now: buff.ly/zxbLwgO

Wisconsin Republicans decided that our children' s health is not a priority. 3 in 8 kids are on Medicaid to receive healthcare—from routine care to getting medicine—and Wisconsin Republicans voted to make HUGE cuts to Medicaid. We cannot let this stand.
