Joni Ernst is proud of her vote to kick Iowans off of Medicaid, close rural hospitals and nursing homes, raise energy costs by 10%, cut jobs, and add trillions of dollars to the national debt, She should be ashamed.

ICYMI: Senate Republicans are pushing for even deeper cuts to Medicaid. If they’re successful, our rural hospitals will be left to do more with less, ultimately leading to closures.
