Uncertainty is squeezing Iowa farms from every direction. Instead of standing up for our farmers, Iowa Republicans in the House voted to defend tariffs and keep pressure on our rural economies yet again.

With high costs and unstable markets, it’s no wonder that farmer sentiment is falling. Washington Republicans claiming to support farmers isn’t enough. We need action.

ICYMI: Republicans are displaying messages on government websites blaming the “Radical Left” for the government shutdown. The reality is Republicans control the House, Senate, and the White House.

"Since our current income is near what is called the ‘ACA cliff,’ our taxes could increase over $15,000 per year.” Countless Iowans could see their health insurance premiums increase by more than 50%. Our Republican reps need to end their vacation and work to extend ACA tax credits.
