Always keen to read more New Gods. I've had the Mr Miracle series on my shelf for a while...and oof, it hits hard. A study of depression and living up to people's expectations. And fatherhood. Read this if you want a good story, but with a "it takes a bit for cathartic goodness to kick in" caveat.

We finally got to see Flow! It's about a cat going on misadventures through a big flood. As a (black) cat owner, some bits were hard, but it's mostly a nice time. Very good experiment in environmental storytelling. There's also a space whale? Anyway, would recommend 🐈‍⬛🌊
