It's so easy to get lost in my head. A lot of the time, it's not a great place to get stuck. It can be so hard to motivate myself to do anything, even though I *know* I feel better after getting up and doing something.

I've been so motivated to get up and MOVE. I'd forgotten how much I adore going for long walks. I look forward to my hour hike every day after work

I've been hitting over 10k steps every day for the past few weeks and I am insanely proud of myself!

It's been really hard for me to get moving at this job - in the literal sense. The majority of the time I'm sitting in my office or sitting down with clients and there isn't a lot of moving about. I've been trying to rectify that lately by *making* the time to step away from my desk.

Just hit 10k steps today already and I am very happy about that :)
