Crown prosecutor is asking for me to do jail time for two assaults in construction workers that I didn’t even commit. In 2024 two men falsely report RCMP that I assaulted them, I was convicted after trial, the two men lied on the stand. I showed video evidence that disproves the the men’s’ lies.

The appeals have been filed. The court of appeal will hear our appeal, likely in Kamloops later this year. The next court would be the Supreme Court of Canada and it’s unlikely that this can be further appealed if this isn’t successful.

I’m serving a BC court ordered sentence right now for Trans Mountain pipeline charges. Most recently my 24/7 confinement changed to curfew of 10pm to 6am. So I have been able to leave my residence and walk the mountains. I lack employment, basic needs, and am overwhelmed over legal debt.

Chief Irvin Wai-pro-oil pipeliner and opposition to former chief Judy Wilson, is responsible for buying the hazardous highway tailings from Dawson Construction. The hazardous waste tailings was dumped right beside the Neskonlith water supply.

Gary Gray fabricated charges against me that has led to my conviction of two counts of assault after a one-day trial at the Kamloops Courthouse. This night, approx midnight May 1st, was brought into my trial but the night that Gary Gray said I spit on him was Mother’s Day night 2024.

Dawson Construction sold this milled highway waste to Neskonlith Indian band’s resources corporation that is ran by Gary Gray and the chief Irvin Wai-a pro-pipeline opposition to former chief Judy Wilson.

This is an abuse of authority by the Neskonlith Indian Band. Nesk gave this to the Crown Prosecution even though these allegations by Neskonlith band are based on the triangulation that was happening against me during the Neskonlith Hazardous Wate Dispute, the band met w RCMP to fabricate charges.
