I heard that now they're placing people who criticize ICE under surveillance. I want it to be known to the entire world that I despise ICE to the core and I think their entire institution should be abolished. They are cruel, inhumane, and are examples of the worst of humanity Fuck ICE Fuck Fascism.

Nothing says racism, cruelty, hatred and weakness combined in one quite like the orange felon removing all free access to National Parks on federal holidays that honor black people whilst giving free access on his own birthday. He should’ve been sent to jail forever.

73% of ICE detainees have no criminal convictions, according to govt data. Don’t fall for Trump’s lies about targeting the “worst of the worst.” As ICE terrorizes cities to fill up detention centers, remember that some of Trump's major donors are private prison corporations.

For 50 years, the median wage of hourly workers stagnated or declined while the stock market and CEO pay skyrocketed. Is it any wonder so many feel abandoned by the system? People lose faith, and a demagogue fills the void. This is why we must fix the system.

A corrupt president pardons a corrupt member of Congress for corrupt reasons. With multiple guilty pleas establishing a bribery-laundering scheme, Hakeem Jeffries still called the case “thin” and sought cover in a bribery-plagued Supreme Court. A lesson in squandering potential inroads with voters.

This story sums up Trump: No need for evidence. No need for laws or treaties. No need for discussions. If Trump decides (based upon whatever random information or maybe just heartburn) that someone is in the wrong, he believes he has the right to kill them. The US is now a rogue nation.

The problem with ICE is not that it's targeting people who aren't criminals. The problem with ICE is that it's an unaccountable secret deportation police. It cannot be reformed under a better president. It can be made less terrible, but the instrument of repression remains for the next tyrant.

ICE deported a woman who owned a home in the US for 30 years. A judge banned ICE from deporting her to Sierra Leone where she had been tortured, so it deported her to Ghana, which kidnapped her and sent her back Sierra Leone anyway. ICE is part of this illegal conspiracy.

A federal judge didn’t “steal” the Commander-in-Chief’s powers—she ruled that DoD exceeded the limits Congress set. That is the rule of law working as designed. What threatens the Republic isn’t judicial review, but officials who insist they’re above it.
