Was this worth it? 7/13/2001, JP got Super Street Fighter II X Revival on the GBA! An... interesting port of a legendary fighting game! It's still a version of the most loved SF2, with many changes. Some people's stages changed, with Chun-Li's and Boxer's from the Zero games!

Would you even START this? 7/13/1991, JP got Super R-Type on the SFAM! A blend of old and new in this side-scrolling shmup! This is considered an "embellished re-telling" and expansion of R-Type II. To face the Bydo Empire again, the R-9C War-Head has more firepower to blast.

Is THIS your fave Persona (any version of it)? 7/13/2006, JP got Persona 3 on the PS2! The start of Persona's JRPG legend era, some could say! Gekkoukan High School club SEES investigates the Dark Hour & the tower Tartarus within it, fighting by evoking Personas from within.

Does it feel bigger now than when it started?? 7/12/2006, JP got the arcade Virtua Fighter 5! Sega's 3D fighter seen plenty in Ryu Ga Gotoku games! Kage-Maru destroyed Dural--his mother Tsukikage roboticized--at the 4th game's end. J6 now has a new model based on Vanessa Lewis.

Should THIS get a (locked on Wii, sadly) remake like the first one? 7/12/1996, JP got Dracula Densetsu II on the GB! Another portable action platformer! Somehow, Dracula escaped from Christopher Belmont's victory. Chris's new mission: save his corrupted son Soleil from Dracula.

Does THIS feel A LITTLE tokusatsu to you? 7/6/2006, JP got Rockman ZX on the DS! A new action-platformer within Mega Man, AND the same day as THAT JRPG! 200 years after the Zero games, Vent/Aile must Double Rock On with the X & Z Biometals to stop Serpent from powering Model W.

Have you kept YOUR copy? Especially now? 7/6/2006, JP got Xenosaga Episode III: Also sprach Zarathustra on the PS2! The end of a JRPG trilogy within a bigger series! Shion Uzuki and KOS-MOS (yes, THAT KOS-MOS) aim to reveal the origins of the hostile alien known as Gnosis.

How AWESOME does the climax feel? 7/5/1996, JP got NiGHTS into Dreams... on the Saturn! An action game in defense of dreams! To defend Nightopia from Nightmare--both within dreams--visitors Elliot & Claris must dualize with the rebel NiGHTS and fight Wizeman & his Nightmarens.

Is it okay that this isn't connected to the first 2? 6/29/2006, JP got Atelier Iris: Grand Fantasm on the PS2! A crafting JRPG ending the trilogy (despite no real connection)! Iris Fortner & friends ascend the Raiders Guild ranks and look for 8 "gem-like fragments" for a book.

Could this have been a SNES game? 6/29/2001, we got Bomberman Tournament on the GBA! A top-down action-adventure! The Quest Mode is, to me, the main attraction of the game, and it can feel inspired by all of Zelda, Pokemon, and Neutopia in various ways! I LIKE these adventures.

Would YOU love a re-release of this? Remaster? Remake? 6/28/2001, JP got Shadow Hearts on the PS2! A dark turn-based JRPG! In a different, Lovecraftian 1913 before WW2, Harmonixer Yuri Hyuga continually follows a voice in his head to protect Alice Elliot from an evil magician.

Hero, Dark, or YES? 6/23/2001, JP got Sonic Adventure 2 on the DC! An important 3D platformer sequel! Sonic's mistaken for Shadow the Hedgehog, the Ultimate Life Form. The Hero team gotta clear his name & shut down Space Colony Ark, while the Dark team fires the Eclipse Cannon!

Got a favorite pilot and/or event? 6/23/1996, JP got Pilotwings 64 on the, well, N64! A flight sim launch title! You take control of one of six pilots and help them get their pilot licenses in three MAIN events: Hang Glider, Rocket Belt, and Gyrocopter. Bonus events await, too!

How many times did Peach make that cake for YOU? 6/23/1996, JP got Super Mario 64 on the N64! A 3D platformer launch title! Princess Toadstool--Peach is kidnapped by Bowser, using paintings to hide Power Stars within their worlds. Mario's gotta find 'em and save Peach... IN 3D!

What's your favorite game on THIS?! 6/23/1996, JP unleashed the Nintendo 64! Nintendo's THIRD home console! It used a coprocessor to process graphics and sound SEPARATELY, allowing for 3D graphics. Its controller, surely weird-feeling at first, was the first with a thumbstick!

What's your favorite game in the series? 6/23/1991, we were BLESSED with Sonic the Hedgehog on the Genesis! 35 years of the Blue Blur! The first game was just him & Robotnik as, faster than Mario, he raced across Zones boppin' Badniks and trashing Egg Machines to save animals!

How do you feel about its place in the timeline? 6/21/1991, JP got Ninja Ryukenden III: Yomi no Hakobune on the FAM! A platform action threequel between the first two games, apparently! Framed for his girlfriend & CIA agent Irene Lew's murder, Ryu Hayabusa must clear his name.

Can you believe there was a straight-to-home game here?? 6/19/2001, we got Time Crisis: Project Titan on the PSX! A canon side-story sequel to the arcade original! In lieu of a foot pedal, the GunCon's buttons let you hide, and long before TC4, you had to switch vantage points!

It's Father's Day. Around here, that means another UnKamen Dad Memorial Stream. Wii Sports Resort Golf is first, THEN we do more Steam Next Fest demos. Tell me about YOUR dads if you so choose, or hear me say things about mine. There's room for it all.

Seen THIS Nick Arcade Video Challenge? 6/14/1991, JP got Arcus Odyssey on the Sega Mega Drive! An isometric action game with some hack & slash elements! Arcus is a land. Followers of dark sorceress Castomira wanna revive her to ruin it. The 4 heroes, will they stop or help her?

The wolf, or the Phoenix? 6/13/2006, we got Mega Man Battle Network 6 Cybeast Gregar & Cybeast Falzar on the GBA! The FINAL mainline MMBN ARPG! The Double Soul system evolves into the Cross System, MegaMan can Beast Out, and doing both lets him form a Cross Cybeast/Cross Beast!

This version, NES, or SNES? 6/11/2001, we got Super Mario Advance on the GBA! A launch title & remake of Super Mario Bros. 2 US! The 16 bits looked brighter here, Robirdo is the new World 3 boss, there's digital voice acting, and there's a remake of the Mario Bros. arcade, too!

How do YOU feel about Nathan? 6/8/2001? But the GBA dropped here 6/11! STILL! We got Castlevania: Circle of the Moon on the GBA! The platform's first Castlevania! You're Nathan Graves instead of, say, Alucard, but the game plays a lot like Alucard's, except using a whip here!

Got a favorite game on this thing? 6/11/2001, we got the Game Boy Advance! In my mind, this was a portable SNES in some ways, but it had plenty to stand out! Also, it could play the GB AND GBC stuff, too! I always dug how wide it was compared to the other GBs. How you feel?

Half a week flew by fast w/o a stream, and right now, I can't have that! OH. I'M ABLE TO DO SOMETHING NEXT SUNDAY. For now, though, let's demo another game, then return to the high seas of Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii!
