The issue with whisper networks is that unless the person is part of the network, it does not benefit them, and often, whisper networks stem from being active on Twitter to be invited to a Discord. Barrier to safety etc.

I hate whisper networks. Every time I have been, I have said it loudly and often. Did it hurt me professionally for a bit? Sure, but I’d rather that than allow someone to be abused or sexually harassed after me.
