I was with friends seeing the exhibition about Helmut Schmidt and Siegfried Lenz's friendship in the university libary . It's Made by illustration students of the HAW, my old university. It was really great! Very divers approaches! Later we went to drink some coffee outside in the sun.

Last weekend I was in the ComicKaufTauschRausch- a small comic event in Kulturklinker Barmbek in Hamburg. We got two tables as a group to present and sell our zines, books, posters and stickers. It was a real lovley and interesting sunday!

Heute war ich mit anderen Gesandten des Comicgeheimclub auf der ComicKaufTauschRausch- Messe im Kulturklinker Barmbek. Mit neuem Zine "McGuffin", an dem ich die letzten Wochen gearbeitet habe.

Mit Jutta Bauer ist am Mittwoch eine langjährige Freundin von Hinz&Kunzt verstorben. Die Hamburger Illustratorin hat in ihren Werken oft die vielen Gesichter der Armut gezeigt und damit Vorurteile abgebaut.

Neues Skizzenbuch, Pigmentmarker. Ich habe heute ein bisschen auf meinem Balkon gesessen und gezeichnet. Im einen Kasten sind vor allem Pflanzen für die Birnen und anderen Insekten. Der Klee ist besonders hoch aufgeschlossen.

Started with a watercolour picture to Berthe Morisoth's painting "Au Ball" ("At the ball"). I really adore her portraits off women . Morisoth started as a modell to painters und became then an artist of impressionism herself. I did this study for the monthly challenge of @monthofmasters on instagram

I worked with watercolor and pencil. And left out the little mermaid, because I felt more interested in the evil coumterpart. #mermay
