Eruption number 12 has started in Iceland. Almost 3 months after the last eruption on April 1st. A 1 mile fissure opened up on the Reykjanes Peninsula in the early hours on July 16th. As of this moment, this eruption poses no threat to infrastructure or any populations.

I’ve always liked watching nuclear test footage. And watching movies, they never captured the look of a nuke correctly. Either is wasn’t intense enough or the lighting wasn’t bright enough. So here’s my take at a nuclear aerial blast. The blast wave is the curve under the fireball. STILL A WIP.

So uh… I have a very bad case of the hems. Sitting, walking or even turning around in bed is excruciatingly painful 😖 but I have meds to try and relieve it and I have been booked off work for the week. But it is interrupting my sleep. I think it’s from the squats I did at the gym.

I’m sitting with a fever. Though I don’t feel sick. My body is a furnace right now, yet I’m laying under 3 blankets and get the chills now and then. Like… wtf…?
