The question I've been getting a lot lately is "do you have 3D printable Speedy Gear Guard Gary badge". I do see they filed a trademark (attached) for this symbol and it is "Pending" with the US Patent and Trademark Office. Rivian is very protective of their IP, so sorry to say I have no plans.

Today, Rivian was awarded a patent for "systems and methods for detection and visualization of reflection glares". In this patent, the infotainment will use a series of sensors and software to attenuate visible glare on the in-vehicle displays. This is a feature I think would be very popular!

Rivian updated the wording for pre-owned vehicle sales today to say residents of Maryland cannot buy a pre-owned Rivian anywhere - in-state or out-of-state. Previously this was only a restriction for residents of Nebraska.

It’s Rivian plant reopening week for those that celebrate. Here is an R2 body at the plant I saw back in July. The beginning of R2 being built in Normal, IL is moving closer!
