There was a time when I considered an avg of 11 mph to be a slow, social pace. Now I'm proud of my avg speed of 11.4 mph cycling home 😂 I'm still bloody slow, but I'm steadily (though slowly) improving. Strava says avg power was 230 W, which for now I can live with.
