‘A Different Man’ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5 stars) A grim reminder that comparison is the thief of joy. A blended commentary on ableism and our society’s cruel obsession with appearances. Something, something, missing the forest for the trees. Feels in some ways like a great sister-film to ‘The Substance’.

‘Your Monster’ is a romantic spin on a familiar tale. While Melissa Barrera continues to be great, the movie never quite found the correct blend of dark humor, romance, and horror for me. I think the monster could’ve (and should’ve) been hotter. 👀 ⭐️⭐️⭐️💫 (3.5 stars)
