I'm still here. We've been dog-wrangling, which has taken up a surprising amount of time since New Year's, trying to integrate a new dog with our old dog, and so far it's been difficult. I'll be posting more soon. I'm still reading what people have to say and watching the passing show.

Thanks for the many words of welcome. I'm wanted to say that I've had 52 years of presidential administrations during my political life, and that 28 of them (as of December) I was in opposition. And will be again. America is fairly conservative, but the needle swings around. Don't give up!
