The reappointment of GON would show a clear lack of strategic direction by the club hierarchy. It should be noted that Jeff Shi stated clearly in the summer that he made the mistake of not sacking GON earlier. A full Trust statement will be released later this week.

The Trust has received a response from the club regarding recent debt financing details. They confirm that this is a standard cash flow management strategy measure, they have refinanced the existing £100M debt facility. In doing so they have replaced the existing loan with a new provider.

The Trust has asked the club, via the FAB, for further details about recent financial secured loans. These type of financial arrangements are not unusual in football, however, supporters should have visibility about the strategic direction of the club, off the pitch.
