I have come to learn that when installing anything on my Xbox, even game updates, not only are the downloads crazy slow, but it seems to slow down my entire internet, to the point I can barely pull up things. Starting to think AT&T Fiber isn’t as good as they claim Gamer snek for attention

Today was mostly chill, but my internet kept having hiccups and some of my games kept having glitches. Got two doc appointments tomorrow 😞 While Hanako prefers her kimono, she does like some modern clothes, mainly casual stuff. Though she tends to have a hard time finding tops that fit 😋

I face a conundrum. I want to get art of some of my monster girl OCs in “traditional clothing.” Already got a reference for Serena, but I’m not sure which path for Ryouhi. Dullahans are often depicted as knights, but she’s also Japanese. So does she wear samurai armor, or European armor? 🤔

I hate anxiety 🥺 Despite being a “noble dragon,” Valentina has no issue rolling up her sleeves and doing “commoner things.” She prefers to shop for herself, likes to cook, and is even handy with tools. She often says “If you can do it yourself, do it. If you can’t, move and let someone else try.”

Been having nauseous feelings for last few minutes. Not sure if it’s from random anxiety, or from chocolate milk. Might be both. Yes sometimes chocolate milk upsets my stomach, but not regular milk. Weird huh?

Snek lore: Serena enjoys swimming and being in the water, but hates going to the beach. She doesn’t like the sand or being out in the sun like that (ironic for a snake huh?). She prefers pools mainly, especially private ones. She doesn’t like crowds 😊💜🐍

More fox lore: Hanako is very fast. She prefers to end fights quickly and take down foes with one strike. This is because she’s actually someone lazy, and likes to lounge about all day if she can, often in her smol fox form, napping under trees 😋🦊

Learned today that notifications for some things, like replies, were not set to Everyone, meaning I was not seeing replies from people who didn’t follow me. I fixed it, and am sorry to people who replied and got no answer.

I got a Steam Deck for Christmas and I love it a lot, but the battery really limits my playtime to a couple hours. It’s a nice amount of time but curious of there’s tips out there to help optimize it. Posting gamer snek to increase visibility

It’s spring, so that means cherry blossoms in Japan. As you can guess, sakura trees were a key inspiration in Hanako’s design. She also loves napping under them 😊🦊

Lore to help me feel better. Valentina’s tail is thicker and heavier than Serena’s, mainly due to more muscle mass in the tail. This makes Valentina’s tail slower to move, but it’s stronger and can hit with a literal ton of force. And don’t forget the near bulletproof dragon scales! 🐉🐍💜

I really don’t need this 😞 My disability payment hasn’t come in and I’m stressed. Technically it comes in on the 3rd of the month, but I usually get the deposit the tail end of the previous month (ex March’s on Feb 27th). But it’s now April 1st and nothing. I can survive till April 3rd, but still 🥺

Been stressing out about a problem that popped up last week, worrying about every little detail. Today I found a super easy solution that solved it in less than 5 minutes. How did I find it? Originally, Jenny was meant to be Claudia and Lilith’s younger brother! Also toyed with the idea of her being trans. However, it kept ending up with that whole “big sis and shoto” vibe stuff, and I didn’t like it so I scrapped it and went in a new direction. I think the new result is much better 💜

So quick backstory: for a long time I took 150mg of my antidepressant twice a day, morning and night. Last year I took acutane and to counteract it, I went up to 200 in the mornings. I finished a few months ago and we decided it was time to go back, and I think the change got me feeling low 😞

After some research, other people have this issue too. They have AT&T fiber and their Xbox downloads are slow and fluctuating. Everything else is fine so it’s a hyperspecific issue in a hyperspecific situation. And well beyond my control 🥺😑

For some reason, despite our new fancy internet, my downloads on Xbox are going slow as hell. Spent several hours downloading a 50gb game, which on the old net would have taken an hour at most, and now I’ve been waiting nearly an hour for a 7.5 gig update, and it’s only at 15%!
