We have a patient with penicillin -susceptible S. pneumo bacteremia. He recently started hemodialysis. Would anyone consider post-HD cefazolin? I've never done post-HD ceftriaxone even though I know some data for that. Thoughts? Thank you!

CMV viremia 10/2024 w ganciclovir and cidofovir resistance (UL97 (C603W) + UL54 (T503I)) s/p maribavir. Now w CMV viremia again w maribavir resistance (T409m)
