Another great day at Wembley. First of all Wigan Warrior's Women's Team thump St Helens (always enjoyable) to win the Women's Challenge Cup. Then the men's team follow up to thump Hull KR to win the men's Challenge Cup. Wembley is cherry and white 🍒⚪

On a hot day the Giro d'Italia stage plays out as expected with Vingegaard taking the victory and the Maglia Rosa. Some spectacular scenery to see during the day showing Italy at its best.

Big day at the Giro d'Italia. A shirt stage with lots of climbing. I expect a few to try to get off the front and for Vingegaard, of course, to make his move. The heat will be a factor too.

Watching the Giro d'Italia today should be exciting as there are groups all over the place at the moment but feeling a little low after the official confirmation of Guardiola's leaving.

A global ambassador role for Pep. Hope he enjoys it. And of course the north stand being renamed "The Pep Guardiola Stand" 👏

A late trademark attack by Alex Segaert and he stays away to take victory in today's Giro d'Italia stage. Congratulations 👏 The climb proved too much for the pure sprinters and for those trying to keep near the front. I enjoyed seeing Eulalio nip off the front to take the six bonus seconds 👍

One of those interesting stages at the Giro d'Italia today. A good chance for the breakaway to stay away (providing they have the numbers and all work) but also one for the sprint teams to control. Looking forward to the structure and tactics of the race.

Back to watching the Giro d'Italia again today for me. Another frantic stage with a breakaway not being allowed to establish itself at the moment. Also today is the start of my favourite named road race. Yes, it's the first day of five at the 4 days of Dunkirk!

Was difficult to catch up and win but we gave it a good go and be proud of that With some smart recruitment in the summer we can really challenge next season.

Sad to see Pep leaving but knew it was on the cards. I think the club could have managed the messaging a lot better to be honest.

The cobbles of Napoli claim the contending sprinters at the 6th stage of the Giro d'Italia. Not for the first time either. Ballerini stays upright to take the victory. Hopefully nobody is injured during the crash.

Wow, both Eulalio and Arrieta hit the deck in the closing kilometres of today's Giro d'Italia stage and are together again to race out the finish. Arrieta goes the wrong way but still wins and Eulalio takes the maglia Rosa. The weather has played a big part. GC contenders happy to take no risks.

Looks like the first day of the Giro d'Italia is building up to a big sprint finish. Could get frantic with everybody being fresh and with the edginess of the first day of a grand tour. For me Milan is the favourite for the win today. Hardly a bold prediction I know.

Pogacar does Pogacar things again to win Liege-Bastogne-Liege. Great ride by Seixas who at 19 doesn't seem to have the legs yet for the long monuments. In a couple of years though he'll be top. That was a really fast race and on until the last climb.
