This January is a very special one in Latvia, since we commemorate Barricades of January 1991 for the 35th time. I am very glad that I could visit the museum of barricades and learn more about the events of that time from eyewitnesses. Liels paldies!

Today, an exhibition by 8 artists from Ahlen was opened at Riga City Hall. Ambassador Masloch commended the initiative as a cultural bridge between 🇱🇻 and 🇩🇪. The exhibition features travel impressions, including from Latvia & Germany.
