Operation kill the sidebar part 2. I learned about hierarchy principles today, the images reflect that journey. The sidebar was an eye-strain, everything felt misaligned. Here's a before and after going from v2 to v3. Every day Crosspublish gets a bit better.

Making things as simple as possible is hard work. With Vibe coding it's tempting to add more stuff. But more != Better Decided to slash the sidebar. It adds no value. I want my cross posting tool to feel like constant Zen mode.

Today's progress: I've built a little helper :). It let's you do things like: ✍️ Correct your grammar mistakes in posts. 🚀 Allows you to execute any prompts. 🌟 Turn unordered lists into emoji lists. The next step will be to integrate Instagram and Threads.

Refining my learnings: If a startup idea has been done exhaustively, it's not an immediate red flag. It's a sign that there's demand. But I personally would prefer a working solution over a shaky MVP. Most people do. So quick and dirty MVPs work better for stuff that's new with few competitors.

DB Chat PH Launch Learnings: - Desktop apps need code signing otherwise users get annoying install warnings - First marketing attempt showed that it's hard to find people who share my excitement for chatting to a DB - The use case of chatting to a database has already been covered exhaustively

Great example of why I started sharing stuff online. Post often, show your work, build in public. Do that regularly, and good stuff will happen.
