Had a sleep paralysis nightmare with hallucinations and I was aware. I tried yelling out for my husband, as I thought he was home(he wasn’t). Then my little cat came up to me and put her paws on my face, which snapped me out of it. I’m so thankful for my little bean.

Nothing sours me on trying to be positive like people insisting on negativity. Fear is the mind killer. Don't submit to panic. Don't imagine some scenario where you die to save the world. Don't speculate. Don't infight. And for the love of God don't give up.

There really aren’t words for this. I can’t tell anyone to calm down, because I don’t think I’m going to for a while. I will say this though. Get offline, stop doomscrolling, grieve if you have to. Give yourself the day off. But don’t give up. We need each other now more than ever.
