Wanted to share my cel-shading process for anyone interested! I like to use both blue and red when creating a multiply layer, it gives the characters a bit more warmth and liveliness. Of course, there's nothing wrong with using only blue if you prefer!

Was thinking about how scouters would work in this world... I think I like the idea of them being Rotom Phones. The phone color could even match the person's scouter color! ...Zeraora crushes his. RIP 😭
