back from my trip todays art is fire, heavily referenced no matter how much i draw it, i feel like i can never quite grasp a good method for painting fire. like fuck this stuff is hard. sure, you can throw tons of glow effects on top and get it to look okay, but a plain, hand-drawn fire is SO hard
