3 yo grandson: huge life-goal steps achieved today. Had his own PKU pizza today at his friend's birthday party, all organised without any fuss, and ate over a quarter of it😃. Then, went happily on the bouncy castle, which for some reason has had an irrational fear of up to today🙌🏽#PKU

Superb long weekend on the North York Moors. Sunny Whitby on Friday, long treks over the Moors on the weekend, cooler with showers. Saltburn today was extremely windy, got sand blasted

Enjoyed a wonderful day off on the NE coast with our grandsons. The perfect summer day. It was beautiful, sunny and warm walking from North Shields to Whitley Bay, with a few refreshment stops along the way.
