Peter Schrager posted his first mock draft. He only does two each year, both based off what he hears from sources. He projected Kadyn Proctor, OT, Alabama to the Bears at 25.

Braxton Jones says he’s been working with Terron Armstead and Duke Manyweather this offseason. Duke is the founder of Offensive Line Masterminds, a highly-respected OL training group. Terron is a retired 5x Pro Bowl offensive tackle that played for Bears OL Coach Dan Roushar in New Orleans.

Per Aaron Wilson, Miami defensive back Keionte Scott has a visit scheduled with the Chicago Bears. He's 5'11", 193. Ran a blazing fast 4.33 40-yard dash at his pro day. Some differing opinions on if he's best at nickel or safety. Bears also met with him at the NFL Combine. Projected 2nd rounder.

This is why I think Kayden McDonald is in play for the Bears, despite his physical traits not 100% matching Dennis Allen’s history of smaller, quicker DTs. Coaches evolve their schemes to keep up with league trends, particularly DA and Ben Johnson. Also boosts the appeal of TJ Parker & Zion Young.
