Getting sweaty with my favs, gym is always more fun with these fellas.

Its been a while... so thought I may as well post my most recent progress shot. Hope everyone is having a great sweaty fun active weekend.

Its taken me a while to be able to write this. A few days ago I had to say goodbye to my best friend Atty. He was the kindest, most gentle soul & loosing him has broken my heart. If you’re lucky enough to have a dog, take an extra moment with them today. Their love is one of life’s quiet miracles.

Very slowly putting on a bit more bulk whooo!!!! Just need to find the right balance of gym and cake, probably need more of both.

Feeling a bit stronger today !!! All pumped up and ready for a big long weekend of hibernating at home with my dog and playing video games.

Sunday full body pump, was fun session but very ready for a chill afternoon of cartoons and meal preping.
