Fantastic morning out on the bike! We went to the Frow Ride in Forest Row. Entirely based on NCN route 21 it's a ride of up to. 14km all off road and no cars. Rudy wanted to do the lot and she did 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 very proud and she's only learnt to ride a few months ago.

Wahoo 1.8kgs down. 13 to go until im not too fat for a Fairlight Strael 😂😂😂 still not sure if I'll actually get one but it's good motivation for now
