My exercise regimen is oaying off. I went from doing a 2 Mike run in 25 minutes about a month ago to a 3 Mike run in 29 minutes this morning.

Definitely read this book, "the uploaded" by ferrett steinmetz. What begins as a pretty basic cyberpunk novel morphs into an allegory of late stage capitalism that us very applicable to the present time.
