Another file I found dated 2022 was mood boards from both the NFL and MLB for jerseys I had been booked to shoot including a schedule & the shoot list. That was a high stress booking that was very $ but I’d never want to do again. Different time & motivation

As I move my home office I’m going through old files. One file was work I had done with an architect & the owner of the building my studio was located to build a new studio. 4,000 SF with a lobby & gallery. It was going to cost about $150K to build out & rent was going to go to about $4k per month

My peach, apple & cherry trees all have buds emerging! I have 7 trees and hope this year to get a crop of each. Last year was a bust

Purchased some Kodak branded Tri-X 400. Same factory just different branding & distribution (Eastman vs Kodak Moments “Alaris”)

Furniture moved yesterday & now I start putting my new home office together. It gives me a chance to update & reorganize my “in current rotation” camera case.

1st PT & wound dressing change post surgery on my R hand. Super painful & bloody but nice getting the compression wrapping off. No way I can exercise/ work out for maybe a week until soreness is manageable. Can’t operate a camera yet due to stiffness. Hope to do at least 1 roll for the #fp4party

Nerve block wore off at about 3am so guess who’s up. Waiting for pain meds to calm things down

Currently no pain with the nerve block. Surgeon sent me a photo taken during surgery but it’s too graphic to post here. Dang, they had to completely open my finger

Spring Edition #photochat Q4: If money or schedule was no barrier what event or what location / city would be you go to be creative this spring and why?

Just got a call from the surgeon’s office. Surgery is scheduled for 8am which is cool to get it done early BUT they want me there at 5:30am 😬 I’m from a family with 3 doctors (2 are surgeons). They always recommended to be 1st of the day if possible when the whole team is fresh.

I just saw that the next nationwide #nokings Rally is Saturday March 28th. I’ll be going! Not only do I want to participate BUT it’s also a perfect venue to us some @ilfordphoto.com FP4 for @paulasmith.co.uk #fp4party Sounds like a win win 😀

Spring Edition #photochat A2: I've started a new personal project called "New Week, Different Camera" and I want to try out cameras that I haven't used in awhile or those I've not used but want to give a go.

As always I’ll jump in with my answers to #photochat A1: I always carry my iPhone or take a very small camera with me when I trail run (Charmera). I love taking photos of flowers or new growth along the trail. Spring and fall are my favorite times to run so I like to document the time of the year.

Since I'm moving my home office to another space in the house I've decided to change the wall decorations. I'm going to get a few of my street photography photos framed & hang them in a series. Right now I have paintings purchased from local artist up. I'll keep one painting my son did in HS up.

One of the things I started to do on every set of negatives this year is create a contact sheet using LR. I did the same last year but not for every roll. Slowly working backwards so at least I have them done for the last 6 months
