When I would have a physical limitation in that marriage…he made me feel worthless… When I couldn’t complete certain tasks he gave me the silent treatment, insults masked in humor…and eventually just calling me names. Holy shit am I ever gonna be rid of the 💩 he put in my head 🤔

I figured it out. Not a childhood trauma…trauma from a 20+ year abusive marriage… That is the wound. Ok…little more work to do.
