Had an incredible time at #SETACVienna this past week. So much impactful toxicological work going on! Being a volunteer meant I could aid all the hard work of SETAC staff. Getting to know and spend time with volunteers, SETAC staff, and ECORISC students during the week made my time even more special

Reaching out to the community on here. I’m in the process of assessing antibiotic impacts on a strain of denitrifying bacteria but first need to dissolve my antibiotics in solvent. Anyone got recommendations on which solvent is best to use that won’t have an impact on my bacteria?! (will be <1% v/v)

Had the pleasure of attending Reef Conservation UK at ZSL London last weekend for my first ever conference. Brilliant work being done by people up and down the country. Met so many cool people who had as much interest in my project as I did theirs. Penguin tea breaks weren’t too bad either 🐧
