Apparently the police are lying & 'have an agenda', what that would be she does not say, though she is pointing to the PCC, I happen to think that PCC's were always a bad idea designed to consolidate power in the hands of the 2 big Westminster parties, but, it WAS the Tories who foisted it on us.
