' Huh. . . ' Aqua looked around. It was. . . quiet. ' What did I miss? '

' Better than eating it with your hands. I'm sure Ven would have no qualms doing that. . . ' She giggled as she thought on Ventus' poor table manners. ' Thank you for preparing this food for me. '

' Woah! A spread of crushed up cookie. . . ' She took it in her hand, just so she could examine the jar itself. She couldn't help but chuckle, it was a strange concoction. . . ' Well, that definitely is strange, I've never seen anything like this! '

' Oh I'll eat just about anything. Although I've never tried this. . . peanut butter or jelly. ' She took the sandwich, taking it out and looking at it with a slight head tilt. ' Not really something we have in our world. ' But she happily bit into it with a smile. ' Pretty good! '

' Wow, that does sound like it would get overwhelming! ' She rubbed the back of her head as they approached the car, then tilted her head. ' So! What's for lunch, Steven? ' She was excited to see what he had brought.

She giggled as she turned and gestured. ' Then why don't we head back for now. I could do with a snack. ' She smiled as she started heading back towards the warp pad. ' So there are people with the ability to sense the future in your world? '

' Perfect! You're doing great, Steven. You'll be fighting darkness with the rest of us in no time! ' She smiled as he continued his spell casting, then walked over, placing a hand on his shoulder. ' Why don't we take a break for lunch now, hm? '

' Wow! That's quite a powerful spell! ' She smiled as she watched the mere power of his magics. ' Don't push too far, though, powerful magics can be difficult to control. Just be sure it doesn't slip out of your control, okay? '

' Well, as I showed you, there's ice. Water, wind, gravity, magnetism, healing, time, reflection. . . The list continues, but for now, focus on testing out wind, water and healing magics. '

' Well, with your keyblade, you shouldn't need to do that. Although it's handy to still have while your magic is low. ' She nodded as she thought over his lesson. He was advancing quickly. ' It would be worth practising some more spells, feeling the different elements and how to control them. '

' So, do you feel it? ' She looked at the scorched ground with a smile. What a natural! ' Your magical power will diminish with each spell, certain spells take more than others. For example healing takes all your magical power. '

' Just trust in your senses. Fire off another spell and pay attention to how different you feel. ' She gave a nod, stepping back so he could give it another shot.

' Hmm, how to explain. . . ' She thought on this for a second, then tapped a finger to the left side of his chest. ' You should be able to feel your power in your heart, when it feels lessened, you won't be able to cast spells, although it'll start recharging quickly after it empties. '

' See! It's not difficult! The issue is mastering all of the elements. As you get more experience, your spells will develop with you! ' She smiled, watching his magical power erupt forth. It was different to the usual thunder spell, though. ' Be careful though! You can run out of magic to use. '

' It's fine, as long as you're paying attention. ' She nodded. She gestured to his keyblade and spoke. ' Think of it like a wand. Channel the elements through it, then you just launch it outwards. You have to feel which element you want surge through you. '

' I told you, didn't I? ' She chuckled, moving in and flicking his forehead lightly. ' Every keyblade specialises in physical or magical abilities. Of course, it can cast spells! ' She grinned as she demonstrated, firing out a blizzard spell to the side of her.

' As good a spot as any! ' She smiled as she examined their surroundings, getting a feel for their environment. ' So what are you feeling today? More basics or shall we move on to practicing some spells? ' She shot a grin his way. Spells were her speciality.

' Pieces of. . ? ' Never mind. She'll keep her eye out for any. She just continues following him to the clearing, keyblade out, and at the ready. This was going to be training, after all.

Aqua's eyes widened as the light surrounded them. When they arrived at their destination, she looked around with a bright expression. ' Oh wow. . . To think this was once a battlefield. ' She was surprised by how much life was here compared to the desolation of the keyblade graveyard.—

She gave a curious look, but did as she was told, stepping onto the warp pad and standing next to him. ' Okay, okay. And now. . ? '

Aqua steps out of the car, looking at the flat crystal on the ground, tilting her head. ' So. . . now what? This doesn't look like a battlefield. ' She looks confused, waiting for further instruction from him as she steps over to the warp pad, examining it.

He would be right in that assumption. She's amazed by how this vehicle functions. Usually the vehicles in her world function on magic. ' Sounds good to me! I don't mind taking a little trip. ' She watched out the window, taking in the sights of the beautiful beachside area they were in. ' Wow,—

A war. . ? That sounded all too familiar. However, Aqua shook off the feeling as she gave a nod in response. ' Sure, sounds like a good place to practice! After all, you may end up on a battlefield yourself one day. . . best to be prepared. ' She spoke as if she was talking from experience. She—

' Sorry if I startled you, I forgot you haven't seen my armor before. ' She giggled as she moved over to the car, leaning up next to him. ' So, you wanted to get some more training in, yes? '

Not long after sending the message, Aqua hovered down, donned in heavy armor, landing in front of the boy as the glider returned to her keyblade. ' Steven! A pleasure to hear from you again! ' Her armor vanished to reveal a hearty smile.

Aqua felt her phone buzz and checked, only to smile to see Steven's name. 📲 Sure! I'll be there soon! 📲 Shall I meet you near your place? After she sent that message, she donned her keyblade armor, activating her glider.

' Out of all the worlds we've been to? No, I can't say they have. ' She's playing coy here. She placed her hand over her mouth, giggling. ' And what about you? With all those muscles and a giant key to boot? I thought the girls would be swarming you. '

' Me? Oh, same as you, definitely! Being a keyblade master isn't easy work you know! ' And now she's dodging the question. Why are they both like this? ' I guess I never really got to experience the whole romance thing. '

' What? Don't you have anyone to ask? ' She raised an eyebrow as she questioned him. ' Surely there's someone you take interest in. '

She wasn't expecting him to launch up into the air, especially not that high. She brought her keyblade up to meet his as he came down, gritting her teeth as he slammed down. Putting all of her strength into it, she pushed back, trying to at least launch him off of her.
