Pretty psyched to get this UI in there actually

Really loved the playtest build of this. RLDB where each card is split into 3 sections which dictate the effect it has, how powerful it is, and anything special it does, and you assemble them into a myriad of custom spells, giving you what feels like endless tactical choices for each encounter.

I'm not MUCH of a code nerd, but I got a bug reporting workflow to work that allows us to send reports directly from #Godot into our #Notion to-do list and that feels pretty bloody good #gamedev

I have so many gripes about Cult of the Lamb, I don't understand why it's so well received. The combat is floaty and repetitive, there's no build variety, it feels like a skinner box. Also, you have path picking for dungeons but ALSO random generated rooms? So unnecesary

Save yourself some future tears and switch to Godot. You'll still cry, but at least its about missing quality of life features more than about overpaying to immoral corporate warmongers.
