The Billy DeFrank Center is super grateful for the Spirit of Generosity, LOVE and Inclusion our namesake, Billy DeFrank, the person, left for us. Grateful our Center named itself after his Drag Name, Billy DeFrank. And thank you Serge Gay Jr. for making our mural an exquisite piece of art.
