I’m not ready to share my actual weight with everyone just yet, but wanted to share that after weighing myself this morning.. I’m OFFICIALLY down over 100 pounds since March. Which puts me even lower than my lowest when I was attempting to have bariatric surgery in 2020. I could almost cry.

Update from my moody post the other day… turns out a side effect of my new medication mixed with another one of my medications can cause feelings of depression, so that’s cool. 😅

Small scale weight loss victory from my last appointment: I was able to close the passenger side car door BY MYSELF without someone from the outside having to slam it shut for me.

Productive morning or workouts and work. Wound appointment in about thirty minutes and then a leftover lunch of mini chicken tacos and salad. It’s been a good Monday. 😌
