Otherwise, I do read a decent amount of Naruto/Boruto fanfiction, but one aspect I don't see represented much is the architecture, which imo feels like a giant Buddhist temple and Shinto shrine mixed, representing the village as Senju/Uchiha synthesis. Talismans on every wall & even the train gates.

I find it rather interesting how directly Konoha's belief system shapes Sasuke's divergence from it. Ancestor worship and purification rituals are very present in Shinto, half of the series' religion. Framing the Senju will of fire as a religious belief makes sense as SoSP is a godly founder figure.
