I tested a pair of Nike shoes over the last few months. And they’ve caused me more foot pain than any shoe in the past. In need of some shoe recommendations. Average mileage per week is 10 miles on treadmill.

Finished Expedition 33, what a wonderful game. I never thought I’d find a game that evoked the same charm as Shadow Hearts. In a world dominated with games that overstay their welcome. This game is a breath of fresh air. I never felt like I needed to grind for hours, or do endless fetch quests.

I’ve lost 25 pounds since last I started seriously training. 6-8 hours of workouts a week, and intermittent fasting everyday for 16 hours after dinner. Training focus: Cardio 30 minutes Light weight lifting, focus on reps and going till failure.

FUCKING 9:30 MILE! Target is 8:30 by next month. I’m either hitting that target or die trying.

Challenged myself to a 5K and crushed it!

Blood tests came back. My doctor recommended I stop eating all sugar and breads. Instead I’m going to triple my efforts then. Because that isn’t happening.

October last year my blood pressure was 180/90. I started small lifestyle changes, and forced myself back into exercise. My blood pressure is now 130/80. If I keep up the work I’ll be off my bp medication as well.

It’s not my best time, or the fastest I’ve run. But after taking months to recover from a damaged tendon. I’m back running again!!

Works been crazy. But I gotta say I truly enjoy my current job. I’ve been learning new things everyday. Challenging myself to grow more and be uncomfortable again.

Last few weeks have been scary for me. Had some heart/blood pressure issues. So I refocused myself back into training.

I’m incredibly checked out on Destinys story. But man the gameplay is fantastic.

Sometimes turning off work notifications is nice. I highly recommend it.
