Started playing Dispatch today, it's so much fun, and so very Critical Role coded! Now, possible romance choices (if they end up being romance choices!) - the bad girl, the very bad girl (and fellow Aussie), or the very good girl?!

Today was the annual Adelaide Christmas Pageant, which is a 3.5 km walk through the city centre, with floats, marching bands, dancing groups, etc., and us, the 501st and Rebel Legions! I'm the one in the back, the grey Jedi!

With summer fast approaching, I didn't want to leave the car or bike out in the elements, so I've built a bike shelter! This way I have room to fit the car under the carport, as well as keep the bike protected, and still got plenty of room for the clothesline!

So our family get together (seeing Tron: Ares) didn't happen last night due to unforeseen circumstances, but they were fortunately happy circumstances! Instead, I went to a nerdy quiz night with one of my D&D groups...and we came in first place! My selection of the haul, and us with the first prize!

Finishing touches done to my recurve bow! Stabiliser bar and proper arrow rest and plunger added, now to tune it in on Saturday!

Picked up my new bow today, can't wait to put it to use! Only disappointing thing is the limbs are to narrow to place a Seeker's Mark sticker to it! 😄

Had a great time this morning getting back into archery, doing the beginners course, then on to membership! Getting ready for when I eventually join the SCA, need to get a Longbow first!

My Thursday night DnD group have started a Daggerheart campaign tonight (character creation, short battle to get used to the system, etc.), and it's so much fun! I'm playing as a Katari Ranger named Swift Star, and I ordered this mini tonight when I got home! #CriticalRole #Daggerheart

I can't believe it's been 20 years since the London bombings.😢 That was one scary day, living in a city which I'd only just moved to 5 months prior, my family here in Australia not knowing how I was, as I couldn't ring out because the phone lines were jammed up. RIP to the 52 souls lost that day 💔

OK, now I've finished Assassin's Creed: Shadows, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, and DOOM: The Dark Ages, it's back to my old favourite Horizon Zero Dawn (Remastered)!

Busy morning with Cosplay for a Cause, finally cracked out the Jedi cosplay for both the JDRF Walk at Glenelg, then we headed off to WestFest at Westminster School! Thankfully only in the mid 20's today, so not too hot to wear the robe! My hair didn't start the day quite as bouffant as this! 😆

My niece and her fiancé have moved into their own new house, and need some new furniture, so I've made them a coffee table! It cost me around $160 in materials, and similar styled tables are retailing for around $250+. Pretty happy with the result!

Just finished a D&D session some friends of mine, and with our DM, if you roll a Nat 1 in combat, that means you dropped your weapon, and you have to spend an action to pick it up. I rolled 3 Nat 1's tonight 🙄 So that's effectively 6 turns if no damage inflicted

My limited edition copy of Wardruna's new album arrived today, and it looks amazing! It comes with a certificate of authenticity, liner notes, song lyrics, and a couple of pics of the band!

The sticker for my dice tray arrived when I was in Melbourne, and I'm so happy with it!

Wardruna were just amazing, everything I hoped for, goosebumps and shivers down the spine from the first note! Today it's a visit to the Melbourne Cricket Ground and Museum, walking past The Australian Open tennis courts!

In just a few hours, I'll be watching the incredible Wardruna here at the historic Palais Theatre in St. Kilda, Victoria!

1/2 New year, new dice tray! I made this from a cherry wood tray, a piece of leather wrapped pine, and the base is leather covered pieces of craft foam. The outside I wrapped with strips of leather, and screwed the brass brackets to the corners, which I covered with rose gold painted screw caps

Lovely day to catch up with the family, with a lot of us being 1st generation Aussies! Most of our family emigrated over here in the mid - late 60's from England and Scotland. My grandmother, who is 96, still has her thick Scots accent! ❤️🦘

Visited a friend today that I haven't seen in a while, and his cat Luna actually sat on my lap! Usually it's a "OK, you've petted me once, now I'm afraid I have to scratch and bite you" situation! 😆

My Star Wars: Outlaws Sabacc cards are arriving soon, so 3D printed some tax discs from the game! Printed with metallic silver resin, and the main body I painted with rose gold spray paint. I've also 3D printed, and hand painted these Status rings for DnD nights - practicing for when I paint minis!
