Finally finished 40k Rogue Trader. Great game but the contradicting epilogues kinda left me on a sour note. One slide said one of my characters got killed at the start of a civil war and then the next says the character asked a friend to help them pass on many years in the future. Which one is it?

Gonna be a busy week! Got 2 TTRPG seasons to edit, at least get them to a place where I only need assets to add the finishing touches. Also need to still find an artist that does 80s-anime style stuff, specifically Mech-anime style stuff. Going for a very specific vibe with this one!

Played the Legacy of Kain: Defiance remaster. Still think the lip sync and expressions on these remasters are worse than the original. Also the "Lost levels" are just empty concept environments, they have nothing of substance. Same with the a Dark Prophecy demo.

#ResidentEvilRequiem is such a great homage to the entire series. As a requiem, it pays respect to every title before it and it's RE 1-8 condensed into a single game, with lots of love given to RE 1-3. Had a lot of fun playing it

Played about 12-13 #SteamNextFest demos tonight on Stream (to about 0 viewers as usual, though that doesn't bother me, I stream for fun). There were quite a few that just didn't click with me at all or the novelty wore off very quickly.

Finally gave up on #CodeVein2. Got the first ending but between fighting the same damn bosses all over again, plus the obnoxious final dungeon the 2nd time around...plus the rehashed bosses I had yet to do for the final ending...it was enough, I had enough.

I really want Games Workshop to do a collaboration with ID Software and create a mini for the Doom Slayer, and he's worth ALL THE POINTS. Just him, he's the army you're playing with, with the stats to match his insane power level.

Finally played through the MSQ for 7.4...holy crap it's so good and Doomtrain rocks!

Plan for the weekend: Cook a whole chicken, attempt a tunnel deboning with my brand new boning knife. For the record, tunnel boning means removing all bones from the inside, leaving the skin and overall structure of the chicken intact. It's not easy and it's 99% certain I'm gonna mess it up!

Next week finally kicking off a project that's been in the works for a while. Happy to be working with this particular group of people and can't wait for everyone to see the fruits of our labour sometime in the future.

I complain a lot about the writing in #HonkaiStarRail, but holy crap the final scene in 3.8 brought me to tears. I've just done it and I'm still taking deep breaths. Such emotion. Not that the visual elements and the tremendous Japanese VA acting should be discounted. It's so good.

Last week finished catching up on the story in #WutheringWaves. The Rinascita story is AMAZING. Fun, epic, engaging. Had such a blast with it and culminates in basically an Avengers Assemble moment with all key characters. It's soooo good.

#FinalFantasyXIV released its latest patch and most people are all about that MSQ, all about that Raid, and even more about the new glam stuff...me? My eyes lit up with "CRAFTING!" Time to make tools, and gear and pentameld and all that wonderful nerdy shit!
