Made a couple of positive steps today... Filled out the self referral forms for 2 different mental health resources. I need to get better, and thats gonna mean professionals

I am not okay, I am in the middle of a full blown mental health crisis (aka breakdown), Monday I spent 9 hours in A&E (emergency department for non-UK folx) waiting for the mental health crisis team. Then spent 2 hours talking to them.

Private Endocrinologist appointment has been had. 2-4 weeks for a shared care agreement with my GP and I will have my HRT prescription!
