As usual the birds from Achnasheen not that abundant, but special! RT divers , Greenshank, plenty Cuckoos and Hooded crows, Ravens’ ‘cronking’ in the mountains,Golden eagle at 3000’ dazzling Male Redpoll, plenty Siskin, Pair Wheatear (rare this year!) Bonxy patrolling coast, 20+ summer Dunlin.

A couple of views from Beinn Alligin,Torridon last week -picked the best day for the tops! 35 years+ since I last climbed the 2 Munros. Took a bit longer this time! Baosbheinn and Gairloch to the North, Beinn Eigh, Liathach and Beinn Dearg to the East! 👍😎
