Trying @letterboxd.social video rental today. The verdict? It currently sucks. I couldn’t chromecast from an iPhone, and my Sony tv is too old to support Airplay. So, I bought an Apple TV — no biggie. But the stream disconnects from airplay every 2-7 mins (and you can’t mirror screen).

11.5 months ago, we had to put our cat down with no warning. We marked on the forms that we didn’t want the ashes — it hurt too much and we just wanted to be done with that part of things. About 3 weeks later, a package showed up at the door with a giant “Cremated Remains” sticker on the side.

Day 6 of health watch for the tiny cat. She’s only 2 days out from surgery, so the vet thinks she can still rally. Man, I hope so. Barely moved from her blanket all day.

Moving out of the city makes all the boring spots exciting again. District Taco? You couldn’t have paid me to grab lunch there again in 2019. Now? What a delicious dinner!

Tiny girl cat got very sick and has been in vet critical care for a few days. Big boy cat had been mostly been doing ok. But tonight, right when I was about to go to bed, he flopped down next to me on the couch and demanded about 20 minutes of pets and chin scratches. Sure bud, whatever you need.
