I feel like I've been a big bummer lately, and I'm going to be real, I'm really not doing well mentally right now. Winter is proving to be so much harder than I thought it'd be. I don't know when I'm going to be ok again, but I'm going to try to not let it make everyone else's days a bummer too.

I had to cancel all of the physical therapy going forward. There's no way I can afford over $500 in co-pays for it. Don't expect much from me until winter is over - things have kinda returned to being a pure hellscape inside of my brain so I'm in pure survival mode.

Sooo...maybe I should set up the Ko-Fi for donations so I can afford grocery delivery until winter is over. I'm really not doing well with this shopping alone thing right now. Too much messing with my head to be able to accomplish anything before having to flee for my own mental health 😞
