My weather app on my phone is getting bored with reporting "fog" that we've had for a few weeks. It's now switching to "mist" or "light rain".

Too much fog & overcast skies in the valley this last week so I decided to clear my head with a ferry trip to San Francisco for lunch. Great decision!

With a trip out of town scheduled the week before and the fact that I can't secure a downtown hotel I think I will most likely be passing on FC in January. I can't rationalize spending good money to stay far away from everything.

Done with playing around on the FC Roomapalooza lottery. I'll be there at the con but probably not for too long. Still costs me money to stay away from the convention center plus I have the added expense & inconvenience of parking if I drive or Uber/VTA
