Tried to recreate a Tofu stir fry from a place that closed 5 years ago😀 Not sure how close I got, but it was yummy. Coconut rice, crispy tofu, 'shrooms, broc, garlic, onions, ginger, in a white wine, tamari, & herb sauce.

This month’s Vegan Potluck was southern cuisine—may have been the best yet! Sweet potato casserole,mustard & collard greens, mac n’ cheese, tofu pot pie, lemonade, & I made barbecue tofu & cornbread 🤤
