There is nothing wasteful or unnecessary about funding education for disabled students. Disabled people are worthy. Disabled people have value. Disabled people deserve an accessible, supportive, and fully funded education.

This commission statement refers to people with Autism, ADHD, asthma, auto-immune disease, and chronic illness as a “dire threat to the American people and our way of life”. This is a manifesto against disability. This is the language of eugenics.

There's so much for us to fight for right now. It's devastating, exhausting, and it's also possible. We can't forget past and present organizers who have always been fighting for justice. They have always shown us that collective resistance works. Let's do this, but never alone. ❤️
