I like the Yoda lightsaber fights. It speaks to flaws of the Prequel Era Jedi, that even someone like Yoda would view a lightsaber as the appropriate tool at some times. Plus I'll never forget the audience losing their shit when he pulled out his lightsaber on opening night of Attack of the Clones.

The Hoojibs are just the right amount of goofy for Star Wars. Jaxxon is too much (I'm with Lucas on this one).

I don't mind the insertion of Force Ghost Hayden Christensen to the end of Return of the Jedi (I have bigger issues with Anakin doing everything he did as Vader and *immediately* getting pulled into Force heaven, but that exists independently of who is playing the ghost).

I love "Yub Nub" but the replacement song is a better fit for the conclusion of the OT. If it was reversed and "Yub Nub" was the Special Edition replacement, fans would have rioted.

Luke's fight with Kylo Ren in The Last Jedi is the only time in the entire saga we see a Jedi fully acting the ideals of the Order. That they made, essentially, "don't fight" cinematically-exciting, narratively-propulsive and an act of heroism is a stunning achievement.

Artoo is the secret MVP of the entire saga who repeatedly saves everyone's ass and gets little to no credit, and his peacing out sometime before Force Awakens is more out of character than Luke doing it.

Star Wars without lightsabers and Jedi and the Force is just every other space fantasy thing. Andor is the exception which proves the rule.
