When I used to hear the ticking timepiece for the show “60 Minutes” I used to think here comes some top journalism. Now when I hear the ticking timepiece I will think here comes the ticking time bomb of crap journalism. Not sure if I ever will hear it again as I don’t plan on watching CBS anymore.

The CBS show “60 Minutes” after all of the firings will be revamped and will be renamed “60 Seconds” because that is now as long as Trump can stay awake.

I haven’t done it in many years but just now I did it when pouring a tasty beverage. When you are about half way done drinking or pouring from a 12 ounce aluminum can tilt the can on its side on a flat surface. In no time it will balance. Try it and show your results of the can balancing act.

I jogged/walked 2 miles outside this morning. It felt great getting out there. The first I did that this year. Did you or are you walking, jogging or running outside this weekend?

“This Is A Gardening Show” with Zach Galifianakis on Netflix is a great break from the norm - sometimes very funny and informational. As one who has gardened much of my life I got a lot from the show. Looking forward to next season.

This morning I saw the movie “Pressure” and it was very good but I wanted this post to be about the small soft drink that was part of my order at the Cinemark movie theater. This small size drink is 16 ounces or two cups (that is 1/8 of a gallon). It was $5.70. I thought gas prices were ridiculous.

I saw the Andrew Scott/Brendan Fraser movie “Pressure” this morning. It is the true story of the happenings around D-Day in 1944. With the cast I knew I had to see it in theaters. I’ve liked Brendan Fraser since “Encino Man” and Andrew Scott since “Sherlock”. I highly recommend it.

The Chevy Chase movie “Funny Farm” is so underrated. So many hilarious scenes. “That’s not a bridge. It’s termites holding hands.” It’s currently on Tubi.

I just finished the 8 episode Netflix series “The Boroughs”. I enjoyed the tale of seniors taking care of creepy business. I would definitely recommend.

So will there eventually be a Dateline NBC episode about Trump & MAGA? Their story fits the typical storyline. Immediate attraction & then lies & erratic behavior. There are trials and people are sentenced to long prison terms. The moral to every episode is be mindful on who you give your love to.

I just saw the Netflix movie Remarkably Bright Creatures. I did really like the movie but the book was so great. I knew it would be a tall order to try to adapt the book and especially Marcellus into a movie. I would recommend the movie to any movie fan. I would recommend the book to every human.
